A continent-wide tournament
World Cup 2026 is the first to be co-hosted by three countries and the first to use 16 host cities. Eleven are in the United States, three in Mexico and two in Canada, spanning multiple time zones and climates.
The host cities
In the United States, venues include the New York/New Jersey area, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Seattle, the San Francisco Bay Area, Houston, Philadelphia, Kansas City and Boston. Mexico offers Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, while Canada hosts in Toronto and Vancouver.

From opener to final
The tournament opens at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca on 11 June and closes at MetLife Stadium near New York on 19 July. Between those two landmarks, fans will criss-cross the continent following a competition unprecedented in scale and geographic reach.
