Legal Disclaimer
1. Purpose of This Disclaimer
worldfootballportal.com is an independent football information service published by World Football Portal. It provides live scores, fixtures, standings, squads, player statistics and editorial coverage of the UEFA Europa League and the FIFA World Cup. Its services are available in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Hindi, Indonesian and Chinese.
This disclaimer explains the limits of what the site promises. Live match information is obtained from the ESPN and FotMob sports data services and refreshed automatically, but its availability may be affected by data transmission, update cycles or match interruptions. Editorial material is published for general information and does not guarantee that every detail will remain current or complete. Users should consult the contact page at /contact/ when they need to raise a specific question about the service or its content.
2. General Information Only
Everything published on worldfootballportal.com is general information intended for readers and football fans. Match reports, statistics, fixtures, standings, squad information and other material are presented for informational purposes and do not constitute advice of any kind.
The site provides football information only and gives no financial or investment advice. It does not promote or compare any financial product, and it does not predict or guarantee the result of any match. No article should be read as a recommendation to act or as an assurance about any future event. Readers remain responsible for their own decisions and for any action they choose to take.
3. Data Sources
Live scores, fixtures, standings, squads, top scorers and player statistics on worldfootballportal.com are supplied by the ESPN and FotMob sports data services. These external providers deliver the underlying match and player data, which is refreshed automatically at set intervals. The site’s editorial texts, including match reports, previews, interviews and news articles, are written independently by World Football Portal editors. The service is not responsible for the content of third-party data feeds and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability of information supplied through them. Readers should therefore treat automated figures as information provided by external sports services, while editorial content reflects the assessment and reporting of the site’s own editors.
4. Accuracy
Live scores may be delayed or temporarily incorrect while a match is in progress. Results can also be changed or annulled after the final whistle, and displayed information may not always reflect the latest decision. Line-ups, squad details and match statistics can change until kick-off and may be revised afterwards. Automated updates from the ESPN and FotMob sports data services help keep the information current, but they cannot remove every delay or error. Readers should verify important details through the official channels of the relevant competition or club before relying on them.
5. No Affiliation
worldfootballportal.com is an independent publication published by World Football Portal. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by UEFA, FIFA, national associations, leagues, clubs, players, broadcasters or the data providers whose public information appears on the site.
Trademarks, competition names, club names and player names remain the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the subject of the information presented and do not imply any partnership, authorisation or association with World Football Portal or its publisher.
6. Logos and Images
Team logos, club crests, competition emblems, photographs and video stills displayed on worldfootballportal.com remain the property of their respective owners. These materials are used to identify the teams, players, competitions and match coverage presented by World Football Portal. Any permission or approval remains with the relevant rights holder, and the presence of an image on the site does not transfer ownership of that image.
World Football Portal does not own the footage from which match images or video stills may be taken, nor does it hold the associated broadcast rights. Rights in recorded matches remain with the relevant broadcaster or other authorised rights holder. Images may therefore be used for identification and editorial purposes within the scope of the coverage provided, while all underlying rights are reserved by their owners.
7. External Links
worldfootballportal.com contains links to other websites, including the official pages of competitions and clubs, as well as services that supply football data. These links are provided for reference and convenience.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or other conditions of any linked website. Responsibility for those pages rests with their respective owners, and their inclusion here does not imply any endorsement of them or of the information they publish.
We check external links when they are added. Web pages and addresses can nevertheless change afterwards, and a link that worked earlier may no longer be available, may lead somewhere different, or may point to content that has since been moved or removed.
8. Content Rights
Texts written by the editors of World Football Portal belong to the publisher. They may not be reproduced elsewhere without permission. Short quotations are welcome when they include clear attribution and a link to the original page, provided the quotation does not misrepresent the source or suggest that the publisher endorses the new context.
Systematic copying of articles and other editorial pages is not permitted. Such copying reduces the value of the reporting and deprives readers who rely on World Football Portal of accurate, properly sourced information. Permission requests should be directed through the site’s contact page at /contact/.
9. Limitation of Liability
worldfootballportal.com and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. World Football Portal gives no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of the information and services, and nothing on the site should be treated as a promise or representation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from use of the information on this site, reliance placed upon it, or any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the service.
This limitation covers losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect or consequential, to the extent that such exclusion is lawful. It does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Contact

The form on that page directs the message to the appropriate editorial contact.
